Job Requirements

Minimum age requirement and authorization to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in bartending or customer service preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of drink preparation and mixology
familiarity with POS systems
team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening with limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and removing unused items
deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
adhere to all food safety regulations
