Job Requirements
- At least 2 years bartending experience in fine-dining or upscale casual dining
- Superb English-language communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 50 feet and to manipulate them from heights, which may require use of a foot-stool
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, upbeat, and highly professional service to customers at your respective section/area
- Ensure that every guest receives exceptional overall experience
- Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage offerings and offer suggestions to ensure an optimal dining experience
- Setup, breakdown and maintain a clean and stocked bar by executing all opening, running and closing sidework
- Adhere to all Dacha cocktail recipes including proper measurements, glassware, ice and garnishes
- Provide beverages for dining guests via the service bar
- Assist all staff by being a source of knowledge for all beverages
- Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
- Working as a team and providing assistance to other team members as needed and/or as asked
- Maintain current TIPS/TAMS certification and ABRA Alcohol Manager license
