minimum of 1 year related work experience

Job Duties

Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
set up and maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and tools
prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares from bar and tables
anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
process all payment methods
count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
complete closing duties
follow company safety and security policies
report accidents and unsafe conditions
maintain professional appearance
welcome and acknowledge guests
anticipate and address guests service needs
communicate clearly and professionally
develop positive working relationships
ensure adherence to quality standards
read and verify information
stand, sit, or walk for entire shift
move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
perform other reasonable duties as requested
