Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience
  • alcohol and food safety awareness certificate
  • flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
  • thorough knowledge of bar beverages and cocktail preparation

  • working knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine, and beer
  • knowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks
  • alcohol and food safety awareness certificate
  • excellent communication skills and articulate speech
  • ability to follow instructions well
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • prepare bar set-up at shift start including bottles, garnish tray, juices, glassware, and ice bin
  • check bar area cleanliness and restock as needed consistently
  • control liquor inventory and ensure accurate pouring of beverages
  • maintain knowledge of all club liquors, beers, wines, and food menu specials
  • serve food and beverages to members and guests at the bar
  • execute member and guest orders promptly and accurately
  • greet members by name with a warm, professional welcome
