Job Requirements

Experience in bartending or related food and beverage service
ability to work weekends and holidays
physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
willingness to work long hours based on business needs
ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
good communication skills
valid identification and legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

Outgoing and social personality
an eye for detail
passion for service with a positive can-do attitude
team player mindset
previous bartending experience preferred but not required
ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods
availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary

Job Duties

Provide high quality service to all guests through friendly conversation, maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work, be knowledgeable of menu items including contents, preparation, and garnishes, ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation, process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork, promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment, identify guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overserving
