Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to legally serve alcohol
- Flexible availability required including Tuesdays nights weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage preparation and service
- Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient in basic math for handling cash making change and managing tabs
- Able to read and write in English for completing forms and documentation
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware garnishes and bar tools efficiently
- Experience in restaurants bars golf courses or fast food settings or experience as a bartender server or bar back is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages including alcoholic drinks to guests
- Verify guests' age for alcohol purchases in compliance with all regulations
- Take orders interact with guests and provide food and drink service
- Make personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Maintain bar cleanliness organization and appropriate stock levels
- Follow all food beverage and liquor service laws and company policies
- Accurately handle transactions using POS systems and documentation tools
- Prep and store garnishes juices and perishables to ensure freshness
