Job Requirements

21 plus years old
Reliable transportation required
Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four hours
Ability to lift occasionally up to 50 pounds
Frequent immersion of hands in water
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
Ability to follow manager instructions
Ability to build relationships
High school degree or GED preferred
Prior bar service experience
Friendly and engaging demeanor
Ability to communicate professionally at all times

Job Duties

Serves food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
Interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat environment
Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and drinks
Completes assigned opening and closing side work
Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for beverages
Presents guest checks to bar patrons and handles payment transactions accurately
Processes employee and manager food orders
Relays food orders to kitchen via the point-of-sale system in a timely and accurate manner
Manages alcohol service in compliance with state and federal laws, as well as company policies
Participates in clearing and resetting the bar
Occasionally serves guests in Carside To-Go service
Maintains a clean and organized work environment
Explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
Drives sales with suggestive selling techniques to create a legendary customer experience
Participates in local store marketing to increase bar traffic and overall restaurant business
Removes trash and garbage from the bar service area to the dumpster
