Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to adhere to food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a bartender or in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of drink preparation and bar equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar, including pour stations and glassware before opening, and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest beverage sales, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear unused items
  • Deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
