Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year bartender experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work flexible schedules
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking capability
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing techniques

Job Qualifications

One year or more of bartender experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Passion for great food and social interaction
Must be at least 18 years old for alcohol service
Demonstrate a team-oriented and guest-first attitude

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and enhance their experience
Follow all company and legal policies regarding alcohol service
Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Assist in training new bar staff
