Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a bartender preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment
Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology basics
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including the pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all drinks according to the standard, using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
Accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
Ensure customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety rules
