Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
must be able to read and communicate in english
able to work days nights and weekends as required
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to stand or walk for 100 percent of shift
able to reach bend stoop mop sweep and wipe frequently
able to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and cooking equipment
able to work in noisy fast paced environment with distracting conditions
able to read and write handwritten notes

Job Qualifications

restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
ability to effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm about the d&b experience
ability to read and communicate in english
friendly with ability to smile frequently
ability to operate point of sale systems such as micros
ability to work in fast paced noisy environment
ability to perform physical activities required by the job

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
operate credit card machines accurately and maintain personal bank ensuring correct financial transactions
follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests
assess guest behavior and involve manager when necessary
strictly follow bar recipes for consistent product and cost control
maintain clean station and set up and take down station tables
greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions
enter orders quickly into Micros with proper modifications and charges
be responsible for sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work for shifts
demonstrate ability to operate Micros system and handle financial transactions accurately
ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to designated areas
work efficiently following full hands in full hands out philosophy
participate in sales incentives and contests to promote brand
complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as required
complete opening and closing duties timely
assist in party setup and breakdown
assist team members as needed
buss and reset tables
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery and maintaining drink levels
maintain favorable working relationships with team members promoting cooperative climate and high morale
listen and communicate effectively with guests and team members
maintain friendly demeanor and smile frequently
must be able to read and communicate in English
follow proper dress code and look neat and professional
work in noisy fast paced environment with distracting conditions
must be at least 18 years old
