Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience required in high volume environment
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Able to lift and carry up to 60lbs
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to learn safe food handling and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, quick to learn and able to multi-task
  • Previous bartending experience required in high volume environment
  • Beer, wine and spirits knowledge is a must
  • Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Must be 21
  • Must have reliable transportation, be responsible, and above all dependable
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time
  • Willing to learn safe food handling practices and workplace safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet bar guests and make guests waiting for tables feel welcomed and acknowledged
  • Make cocktails, beer, and wine for both bar and dining room guests
  • Ensure proper measurements of cocktail ingredients
  • Follow and complete all checklists before, during, and after service
  • Perform cash drawer checkouts
  • Maintain expertise on food menu, wine menu, cocktail menu and attend continued education classes when provided
  • Be an expert on our brand and offerings
