Job Requirements

Previous bartending experience required in high volume environment
Must be 21 or older
Able to lift and carry up to 60lbs
Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time
Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Reliable transportation
Willingness to learn safe food handling and safety procedures

Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, quick to learn and able to multi-task
Previous bartending experience required in high volume environment
Beer, wine and spirits knowledge is a must
Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Must be 21
Must have reliable transportation, be responsible, and above all dependable
Be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs
Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time
Willing to learn safe food handling practices and workplace safety procedures

Job Duties

Greet bar guests and make guests waiting for tables feel welcomed and acknowledged
Make cocktails, beer, and wine for both bar and dining room guests
Ensure proper measurements of cocktail ingredients
Follow and complete all checklists before, during, and after service
Perform cash drawer checkouts
Maintain expertise on food menu, wine menu, cocktail menu and attend continued education classes when provided
Be an expert on our brand and offerings
