Job Requirements

Minimum legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and handle money accurately
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, up to 10 hours
Capability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Commitment to effective guest communication and customer service
Adherence to company bar standards and policies
Ability to memorize floor charts, table numbers, and service steps
Friendly and outgoing personality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Familiarity with standard drink recipes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Fluent in English

Job Duties

Greet customers and learn their beverage preferences
Answer questions and recommend menu items
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks based on company recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle guest payments including processing credit cards and making change
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest service and bar operations
