Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum of 3 years high-profile bartending experience
- minimum of 3 years restaurant bar or banquet service experience in club or hotel
- knowledge of wine beer mixed drinks and service methods
- superior member service skills and poise under pressure
- flexible availability including days nights weekends and holidays
- minimum age 21
- ability to stand for long periods up to 8 hours
- ability to sit stand crouch stoop and kneel if needed
- frequent bending and walking
- ability to lift or move up to 70 pounds

Job Duties
- arrive well-groomed and on-time dressed in appropriate uniform
- quickly make drinks for members and servers
- set up for events including moving bars and arranging supplies
- keep the bar stocked clean and provide friendly attentive service
- review and set up section/events ensuring standards are met
- possess complete menu knowledge and answer member questions
- present open and serve wine professionally
- abide by club policies and state laws when serving alcohol
- communicate issues to food and beverage managers promptly
- follow safe handling and storage procedures for food products
- assist in opening and closing duties and occasional dining setups
- treat members guests and team members with respect
