Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum two years of bartending experience
  • food and alcohol service certifications required
  • ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • knowledge of mixology and flavor pairings
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • compliance with hotel dress and grooming standards
  • ability to lift items up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • able to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • at least two years of prior bartending experience
  • food and alcohol certifications such as ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol service
  • ability to enforce company alcohol policies
  • experience in a hospitality or fine dining environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Verify identification and age of customers
  • prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
  • accept payment from customers
  • clean glasses and bar utensils
  • balance cash receipts to record sales
  • engage with guests and team members maintaining a friendly and efficient approach
  • address and escalate guest feedback or complaints tactfully
