Job Requirements

Meet experience requirements including paid and unpaid experience
provide proof of eligibility by closing date
must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages
must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons
must follow cash handling procedures
must be physically able to lift and move objects and complete pre-employment physical
must meet minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
must obtain Food Handler's Certificate or complete training
must communicate clearly and possess skill in dealing with public
must complete Tier 1 background investigation

Job Qualifications

experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ability to combine ingredients
ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons
ability to follow cash handling procedures
physical ability to lift and move objects as required
ability to complete a pre-employment physical
meet minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
ability to obtain Food Handler's Certificate or complete food handler's training
ability to communicate clearly and interact skillfully with public
ability to complete a Tier 1 background investigation

Job Duties

Mix alcoholic beverages for retail sale
recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve the problem or seek assistance
follow cash handling procedures
lift objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds frequently
pull and push objects weighing 10 to 20 pounds
occasionally lift up to and over 40 pounds
communicate clearly and possess skill in dealing with public
