Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must have six months or more related experience
- Must have alcohol certification
- Must have knowledge of beverage order processing systems
- Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Serving customers as part of a team by anticipating their needs, initiating conversation, offering assistance and advice and remembering that "the customer is always right"
- Greeting guests immediately
- Taking drink and/or food orders from customers or beverage servers
- Collecting payment and follows cash handling procedures
- Ordering or requisitions liquors and supplies
- Washing glasses
- Maintaining clean and sanitary bar area
- Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines
- Resolving guest complaints
- Taking breaks only when approved by the Manager
- Keeping a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
