Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or related customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operation
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile upon seating
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Ensure customer is well served, offer refills and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
