Job Requirements

minimum of 1 year's experience bartending in the casual restaurant industry
high school diploma or GED preferred
current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements preferred
strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties

mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
make friendly, personal connections with guests
keep the bar and workspace clean and comfortable
set the pace of service and be attentive to guest needs
resolve issues promptly and make it right
ensure orders are served fast and accurately
