Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year restaurant experience preferred
- Country club experience preferred
- Experience with ForeTees and Jonas software preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40lbs and pushing or pulling carts up to 50lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch as needed
- Manual dexterity to operate bar and office equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
- Valid driver’s license required
- CPR/AED certification preferred

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable in POS and Foretees software

Job Duties
- Provide excellent member service by preparing classic and innovative drinks quickly and accurately
- Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies are available and request additional supplies as necessary
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of bar and equipment in compliance with Health Board and CalOSHA standards
- Prepare garnishes, mixes, pre-mixed drinks, and fill garnish trays before shifts
- Greet members and guests by name and remember their drink preferences
- Keep glassware clean, polished, and stocked
- Assist with takeout orders and balance cash receipts and daily logs
