Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience preferred
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to follow recipes and company standards
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited beverages mixes and garnishes as needed
suggest sale of drinks appetizers and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe glassware and garnish
take food and drink orders accurately and enter them correctly in the POS system
ensure customers are well attended offer drink refills and clear any unused items
deliver and settle the check promptly thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
