Job Requirements
- Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- legal age in the state to serve alcohol
- authorized to work in the United States
- excellent customer service and people skills
- in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- strong attention to detail
- high energy levels
- ability to work in a team
- excellent verbal communication
- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
- able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Roll clean silverware for service
- remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
- clean and reset bar after guests leave
- sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
- able to assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
- able to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
- able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
- legally able to serve and pour alcohol in your state
- ability to read recipes and make drinks according to standards
- help with food running
- adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
- follow manager directions throughout a shift
- able to interact with guests and help with guest needs
