Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends
Must be able to work in hot and cold temperature environments
Must be able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Must be able to stand or walk 100 percent of shift
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Must follow company dress code and maintain neat, clean, professional appearance
Must comply with sanitation and safety procedures
Must be friendly and able to smile frequently

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be skilled in effective communication with guests
Must be able to read and communicate in English
Restaurant or bar experience preferred
Knowledge of sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures beneficial
Ability to operate Micros system or willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
Friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to sanitation procedures
Maintain personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
Follow alcohol awareness procedures
Assess guest behavior and report issues to manager
Follow bar recipes and control costs
Keep station clean and set up/take down tables
Greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders accurately
Maintain thorough menu knowledge and enter orders into Micros
Complete sales on personal Micros keys and station side work
Operate Micros and conduct accurate transactions
Deliver food trays to designated areas
Work efficiently with full hands in/full hands out philosophy
Participate in incentives and contests to drive sales
Complete bar inventories and daily requisitions
Complete opening/closing duties
Assist in party setup and breakdown
Assist other team members as needed
Buss and reset tables
Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drink levels
Foster a cooperative working climate
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Maintain friendly demeanor and frequent smiling
Work in noisy, fast-paced environment
