Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year of bartending or related experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
must be of legal drinking age per state laws
excellent customer service skills
good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
knowledge of cocktail preparation and drink recipes
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health safety standards

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe standards
demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest service
maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bartender station and guest touch points
ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
restock beverage supplies as needed
assist in training new team members on beverage preparation and service
engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
