Job Requirements

Some high school education
Must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons
Ability to follow cash handling procedures
Willingness to work flexible hours
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
Knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ingredients
Ability to mix classic and exotic drinks
Experience handling intoxicated or unruly patrons
Proficient in cash handling procedures
Strong customer service skills
Ability to follow safety and health regulations

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full-service bar
Recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and take appropriate action to resolve issues or seek assistance
Follow cash handling procedures accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to all safety and health regulations
