Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
must be able to satisfactorily complete pre-employment physical
must provide proof of eligibility by closing date
must obtain Food Handler's Certificate or complete training
must have experience in mixing alcoholic beverages
ability to lift up to and over 40 pounds
ability to handle cash accurately

Job Qualifications

Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ability to combine ingredients
skill in dealing with public and communication
ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons
ability to follow cash handling procedures
physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate or complete food handler's training

Job Duties

Mix alcoholic beverages for retail sale
recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek assistance
follow cash handling procedures
communicate clearly with the public
lift objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds frequently
pull and push objects weighing 10 to 20 pounds
occasionally lift objects up to and over 40 pounds
