Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal drinking age
  • Previous experience bartending in a high-volume environment
  • Valid alcohol service certification
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must follow all company and legal alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Valid alcohol service certification (ServSafe, BASSET, TIPS, etc.)

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages per company and legal standards
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, engaging experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tools and glassware
  • Verify guest age by checking valid identification
  • follow all alcohol service laws
  • Use jiggers for all spirit pours-no free pouring allowed
  • Follow strict pour guidelines (e.g., 1.25 oz for single-spirit cocktails
  • max 2 oz base for multi-spirit drinks)
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible service
  • refuse service if necessary
  • Restock supplies and maintain bar inventory
  • Process orders through a POS system and handle guest concerns professionally
