Job Requirements

Must have 6 months of bartending experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have Alcohol Certification ABLE license
Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as necessary
Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
Must be skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about Titan experience
Must be able to read and communicate in English
Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
Must be able to work on a team
Must demonstrate ability to operate POS, make changes, accurately conduct credit card transactions, and account of all monies at the end of each shift
Must be able to read and write handwritten notes

Job Qualifications

Have at least 6 months of bartending experience
Be at least 21 years of age
Hold Alcohol Certification ABLE license
Be able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Demonstrate proficiency in operating POS and handling financial transactions accurately
Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment
Maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow sanitation procedures

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food and alcoholic beverages
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
Accurately take guest food and drink orders
Ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated bar areas and other sections as needed
Buss and reset tables as needed
Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
Monitor patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
Identify belligerent customers and work with management to maintain a safe environment by de-escalating highly emotional situations
Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters of significance
Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction
Enter orders into POS quickly and in proper sequence using appropriate modifications and charges
Responsible for all sales on POS
Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions
Complete station side work at the beginning and end of shifts
Complete opening and closing duties in a timely manner
Assist in party setup and breakdown
Assist other team members as needed or as business levels dictate
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
Adhere to dress code requirements presenting a neat, clean, professional appearance
Adhere to the company's sanitation procedures
Keep the station clean, set up, and take down station appropriately
