Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- TABC certified if applicable in region
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in high-volume, upscale environments
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- High level of organization and cleanliness
- Comfortable using POS systems
- Excellent guest service skills and communication

- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in high-volume, upscale venues
- Strong mixology skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- TABC certification if applicable
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve signature cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to brand standards
- Provide knowledgeable, engaging service and build relationships with guests at the bar
- Assist guests with both drink and food orders when seated at the bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures, ensuring accurate cash handling and bar prep
- Help ensure responsible alcohol service and proactively manage guest well-being
- Restock and maintain bar inventory, tools, and supplies
- Collaborate with fellow team members and contribute to a high-performing service environment
