Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year bartending experience in an upscale or fast-paced environment
Strong mixology skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Capacity to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
Must be legal age to serve alcohol
Ability to use POS systems and bar equipment safely and effectively

Job Qualifications

1+ year of bartending experience in an upscale or fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of mixology, bar tools, and drink presentation
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with speed, accuracy, and style
Greet guests, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about beverage offerings
Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring consumption
Record and process orders through POS systems accurately
Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized bar area
Memorize and build rapport with regular members to foster a warm, personalized experience
Handle cash and card transactions, reconcile receipts, and maintain accuracy
Clean glassware and tools, sanitize surfaces, and prepare garnishes for daily use
Support overall restaurant operations, assist colleagues as needed, and help ensure seamless guest service
