Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid state-mandated beverage service certification in applicable states
Ability to stand for long periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts
Customer service experience preferred
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

One to three months related experience or training
Possession of state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Passion for food and beverage service
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to follow recipes and safety procedures

Job Duties

Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm friendly greeting
Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
Conduct wine service
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Ensure compliance with state-mandated beverage service certification requirements
Work collaboratively as part of the restaurant team
