Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to operate Micros point of sale system
Knowledge of sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and positive attitude
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to follow company dress code and appearance standards
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to sanitation procedures
Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
Follow alcohol awareness procedures
Assess guest demeanor and report to manager as needed
Follow bar recipes to control costs and maximize satisfaction
Keep station clean and set up/take down station tables
Greet newly seated guests promptly
Accurately take food and drink orders
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
Enter orders into Micros system quickly and properly
Complete station side work and manage sales on personal Micros keys
Operate Micros and handle credit card transactions accurately
Ensure proper food garnishing and deliver trays to bar areas
Work efficiently using full hands in/full hands out philosophy
Participate in incentives and contests to drive sales
Complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets
Perform opening/closing duties timely
Assist in party set up and breakdown
Support other team members as needed
Buss and reset tables
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain positive working relationships with team members
Listen and communicate effectively with guests and team members
Maintain friendliness and frequent smiling
Communicate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
Maintain professional appearance
Work in noisy, fast paced environments
Must be at least 18 years old
