Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
minimum one year of experience in service industry
has an up to date ABC card
ability to work a flexible schedule
ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm demeanor
proficiency in POS System and or willingness to learn

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service at all times
complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning, set-up, and breakdown tasks as assigned
be fully knowledgeable of and adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
monitor guests intoxication levels and refrain from serving alcohol when appropriate
check identification of all patrons and monitor for underage drinking
help guests select beverages by presenting menu and making informed suggestions
use POS System as instructed
