Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legal age to serve alcohol
- strong communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

- Prior bartending or beverage preparation experience
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink mixing techniques
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- basic inventory management experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- interact with customers and take orders
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- help answer phone calls when hosts and managers are not available
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and proprietary recipes
- assist manager in placing orders for inventory upkeep
- complete assigned side work
