Job Duties

  • Bring the fun and festivity of Rio de Janeiro to guests through handcrafted beverages
  • Create made-to-order alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Assist and guide guests with food and beverage selections
  • Use state-of-the-art point of sale systems to ensure accurate order processing
  • Communicate with front and back-of-house teams to provide excellent dining experience
  • Maintain accountability for bar setup, stocking, and cleanliness
  • Implement inventory controls and comply with liquor laws and regulations
