Job Requirements
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Must be twenty-one years of age or older if required by applicable law
- Food handling certificate where applicable
- Certificate in alcoholic awareness program where applicable
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, time management, and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Anticipate resident's needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests
- Maintain complete knowledge of cocktail lounge and restaurant operations and proper table set up and dining venue dress code
- Serve residents and guest's meals and beverages as requested
- Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving
- Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices
- Maintain knowledge of the characteristics and description of every wine and beverage available
