Job Requirements

Meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
Ability to immerse hands frequently in water and chemical solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Follow company alcohol awareness and cash handling policies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
Experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and their preparation
Ability to interact with the public in a friendly and outgoing manner
Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
Preferred cash handling and customer service experience

Job Duties

Greet customers and take food orders
Provide information about products and upsell
Follow recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
Collect payments and operate cash registers following company policies
Secure all monies at the end of each shift
Follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests
Ensure a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar
