Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
  • work requires bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
  • exposure to temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezers), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), above 90 degrees Fahrenheit

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or related preferred
  • high volume bartending experience
  • current TABC and food handler's certification
  • knowledge of POS systems
  • friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
  • works well within a team environment
  • organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
  • motivated to grow and learn new food and beverage techniques and recipes
  • operates with passion, integrity, and respect for team members and guests
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver a consistently high level of guest service
  • prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
  • possess and utilize knowledge of all offered restaurant menus
  • keep bar area clean in accordance with company and local health guidelines
  • maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout shifts
  • develop an efficient work pace to satisfy guests
  • work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience
