Job Requirements

Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
work requires bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
exposure to temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezers), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), above 90 degrees Fahrenheit

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or related preferred
high volume bartending experience
current TABC and food handler's certification
knowledge of POS systems
friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
works well within a team environment
organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
motivated to grow and learn new food and beverage techniques and recipes
operates with passion, integrity, and respect for team members and guests
ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Deliver a consistently high level of guest service
prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
possess and utilize knowledge of all offered restaurant menus
keep bar area clean in accordance with company and local health guidelines
maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout shifts
develop an efficient work pace to satisfy guests
work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience
