Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • at least 2 years bartending experience required
  • must have all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location
  • ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, fellow team members, and management
  • ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
  • good judgement skills and adaptive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • at least 2 years bartending experience required
  • high-volume corporate experience is a plus
  • keen awareness of guest environment and needs
  • expert liquor, beer, and wine knowledge
  • strong craft beer and cocktail knowledge
  • ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, fellow team members, and management
  • ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
  • good judgement skills and adaptive attitude

Job Duties

  • Adhere to laws and company policy pertaining to the service of alcohol
  • communicate effectively with customers and help with their food and beverage selection
  • maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude
  • execute orders efficiently
  • ensure cleanliness of bar area, set up and stock bar for start of shift
  • gain proficiency in all specialty cocktails and promote offerings enthusiastically
  • indirectly oversee barbacks
