Job Requirements

Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
Stands during entire shift
Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes
Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
Transports glass racks cases up to 25 pounds such as a case of beer up to 15 times per shift
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
Must have ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four hours in length
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as bartender, mixologist, or similar role preferred but not required
Ability to operate bar equipment such as blenders and frozen drink machines
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Understanding of cleanliness and safety standards in a food service environment

Job Duties

Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
Operates blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment
Maintains cleanliness of the bar area including wiping down tabletops, table legs, and booth seats
Picks up debris off the floor and ensures a safe environment
Transports glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds multiple times per shift
Provides friendly and efficient customer service while engaging with guests
Complies with all safety and health regulations within the bar area
