Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to lift 35 lbs in weight
- must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions - must be flexible
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- must be at least 18 years of age
- familiarity with preparing classic cocktails and knowledge of spirits
- proficiency with food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
- fluent and fully conversational in English
- bartenders must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
- must obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
- greet guests pleasantly
- walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
- prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery
- follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
