Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to lift 35 lbs in weight
  • must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions - must be flexible

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • familiarity with preparing classic cocktails and knowledge of spirits
  • proficiency with food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
  • fluent and fully conversational in English
  • bartenders must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
  • must obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired

Job Duties

  • Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
  • greet guests pleasantly
  • walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
  • highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
  • prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery
  • follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
