Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
able to lift 35 lbs in weight
must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions - must be flexible

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
must be at least 18 years of age
familiarity with preparing classic cocktails and knowledge of spirits
proficiency with food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
fluent and fully conversational in English
bartenders must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
must obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired

Job Duties

Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
greet guests pleasantly
walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery
follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies and procedures
maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
