Job Requirements

must have ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours
able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
capable of transporting plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
required to speak clearly and listen attentively
ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout entire shift
must use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely throughout shift
frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap required
must be at least 21 years old per state law

prior bartending experience preferred but not required
ability to follow safety and health protocols

Job Duties

mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
create a great bar experience for customers and staff
communicate effectively with team members and guests
maintain cleanliness and safety of the bar area
assist servers in delivering prompt and quality service
adhere to all health and safety regulations including use of protective coverings
participate in team activities to enhance workplace culture
