Job Duties
- Serve drinks quickly and accurately using POS and credit card systems
- Check valid ID and ensure guests are of legal drinking age and not intoxicated
- Prepare bar setup before events and clean/reset area after events
- Maintain inventory, complete daily paperwork, and follow sanitation procedures
- Train new bartenders and barbacks as needed
- Comply with all venue policies
