Job Requirements

Enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for approximately 90 percent of the workday
Ability to freely access all areas of the location
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Capable of performing physical activities such as reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about
Minimum age of 21 years
At least 1 year of bartending and serving experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must have TIPS or BASSET certification as per city or village requirements

At least 1 year experience as a bartender and server
TIPS or BASSET certification based on local requirements
Excellent communication skills
Effective listening skills
Strong time management abilities

Job Duties

Start with side work to prepare for your shift
Serve customers by taking orders and cashing out checks
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
Request identification to confirm legal drinking age
Take on new duties and responsibilities as needed
