Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- engage with guests to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices
- collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
