Job Requirements

  • At least six months of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
  • Team-player mentality
  • Ability to bring the fun to work and keep it cool when business is booming
  • Desire to drive guest satisfaction by going above and beyond
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Serve guests expertly by guiding them through the award-winning beer selections and recommending food pairings
  • Provide friendly, authentic, and engaging service to create a memorable guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to drive guest satisfaction and sales
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations related to alcohol service
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and service skills
