Job Duties

  • Provide excellent communication and sales skills to enhance guest experiences
  • guide guests through the menu, demonstrating thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients
  • take accurate orders and work with team members to deliver food and beverages exceeding guest expectations
  • prepare mixed drinks, pour wine or beer, and serve bottled or soft drinks per company recipes
  • monitor guest behavior to ensure adherence to Alcohol Beverage Control Rules and Regulations
  • take drink orders through servers or directly from guests
  • deliver friendly, professional service that encourages guests to return
  • perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • maintain current CA Food Handler's Certification and Alcohol Safety Certification
