Job Duties
- Provide excellent communication and sales skills to enhance guest experiences
- guide guests through the menu, demonstrating thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients
- take accurate orders and work with team members to deliver food and beverages exceeding guest expectations
- prepare mixed drinks, pour wine or beer, and serve bottled or soft drinks per company recipes
- monitor guest behavior to ensure adherence to Alcohol Beverage Control Rules and Regulations
- take drink orders through servers or directly from guests
- deliver friendly, professional service that encourages guests to return
- perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- maintain current CA Food Handler's Certification and Alcohol Safety Certification
