Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Experience in food and beverage service
  • Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Working knowledge of common cocktails and specialty drinks
  • Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare bar set-up at the start of shifts including stocking and organizing
  • Consistently check and maintain cleanliness and order of the bar area
  • Manage liquor control and ensure accurate pouring of beverages
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of liquors, beer, wines, and menu offerings
  • Assist in serving food and beverages to members and guests
  • Execute member and guest orders promptly and accurately
  • Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome
