Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent high-volume bartending experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Willingness to fill in as needed to support restaurant operations

- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Familiar with POS systems and reservation platforms such as OpenTable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization
Job Duties
- Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
- Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Know basic cocktail recipes
- Keep it clean and organized
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other reservation systems
- Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies, and procedures
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
