Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recent high-volume bartending experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Willingness to fill in as needed to support restaurant operations

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
  • Familiar with POS systems and reservation platforms such as OpenTable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
  • Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
  • Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
  • Know basic cocktail recipes
  • Keep it clean and organized
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other reservation systems
  • Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
