Job Requirements

  • prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong customer service skills
  • basic math and cash handling abilities
  • good communication skills
  • legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties

  • serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner
  • assist in preparing beverages for other servers
  • act as cashier for the lounge
  • maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily, including requisitioning and stocking supplies
  • prepare and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure product quality
  • greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes with prudent portion control
  • abide by all state, federal, and corporate alcohol service regulations
  • input orders and manage cash transactions accurately
  • secure all beverage, food, and equipment items and balance cash register
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
