- prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service skills
- basic math and cash handling abilities
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner
- assist in preparing beverages for other servers
- act as cashier for the lounge
- maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily, including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- prepare and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure product quality
- greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes with prudent portion control
- abide by all state, federal, and corporate alcohol service regulations
- input orders and manage cash transactions accurately
- secure all beverage, food, and equipment items and balance cash register
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
